Slow Week

Finally a slow week. I dont think I will have nothing to do. Orders to get ready and rubs to process and a old favorite marinade to get to the bottler for market. I have to cook it down and see how it works out. Im not sure if anyone has a clue what it takes to get a product dialed in from your kitchen to a commercial set up. Could take a couple batches, luckily our bottler is great about working in new things and helping to get them straight.
Might head down to Barnesville on saturday to hang out with Chad and Jon. See yall out there!
