Seems everyone wants the ribs and chicken. Hey Dont forget about the Pork, People! I think this week we will cook 100lbs of boneless chicken thighs and 100 racks of ribs total. Butts and brisket bringing up the tail end(no pun intended) We love it, we hope they like it all! Wednesday it offically becomes masters week for us here in the South.
