Grillled Tri Tip with Horsradish Sauce
Tri Tip Marinade is Roasted peppers, onion and garlic. Roast peppers, onions and garlic then peal take skin off and place items in blender, blend with lemon juice, olive oil and a little sirancha sauce, smooth to chunky consistency! Season Trip tip with lemon pepper and rub down with marinade. Let stand at least 2 hours. Grill should be hot!500′ at least, sear and mark both sides. I like mine med rare then take off and let rest for 10 min. While waiting. Make horsradish! Good brand is Seminole or grate it fresh . Mix horsradish with sour cream to desired heat. Add Garlic , fresh or granulated, black pepper, salt to taste and some lemon juice  and last put in the siracha sauce for color and a little bite. Brush some french bread with ollive oil infused with garlic and oregano(george) Slice Tri Tip Thin and Let me know how it was and send some pics!!Email me for questions on the recipe!
